The American School of Mortgage Banking
Serving the mortgage lending industry since 1978, ASMB has a full curriculum. ASMB offers courses not only for the beginner, but also for the advanced including Underwriting and Tax classes. All of its four-week courses are held between 7:00 p.m. & 10:00 p.m. - two evenings per week. This allows the student to work full time, read ahead, do homework, and prepare questions.

All courses offer FREE unlimited lifetime re-attendance at all of our locations. All prices include registration, tuition, textbook, workbook, and Certificate of Completion.

Any NAPMW member in good standing will receive a discount for any of ASMB’s classes (not valid with any other offer). As a bonus, any student who graduates from any four-week course will be given a one-year Local NAPMW membership.

ASMB prefers to use Local NAPMW members for its instructors. Instructors must have 5 years experience in the field in which they are teaching. In addition, they must be currently employed in the mortgage lending industry.
