Harrison Appraisal Services, Inc. is a woman-owned commercial real estate appraisal firm providing professional appraisal and consulting services in Washington State for 28 years.
Holding the highest designation available to an appraiser since 1993, Linda has considerable expertise in a wide variety of property types including major MPCs, mixed-use, Industrial, retail, office, apartment, condominium, subdivisions, special purpose and land throughout Washington.
Her clients have included most major financial institutions (US Bank, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Key Bank) as well as governmental agencies with high profile assignments prepared for the OED (Office of Economic Development), LIHI (Low Income Housing Institute), City of Seattle, and RVCDF.
